Our providers use a Collaborative Care Model Approach to evaluate your care
The Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) is the most impactful evidence-based integrated care model for behavioral health, validated for over 90 randomized controlled trials. CoCM enables a holistic team-based stratgy to manage common mental health conditions by integrating behavioral health professionals into the model of care team. The aim is to enhance the confidence between the provider and patient in treating medical disorders.

Clinical Approach
1. Hours of Operation – Monday through Friday, 8am to 10pm, including Weekends and holidays.
2. Assessments and clinical evaluations will be performed by board certified and licensed mental health professionals.
3. All patients will be given an after-hours number to call that will be managed by the Critical Medical Solutions Corporation and will relay any messages to the Psychiatrist/Psychiatric NP, by calling (314) 223-6820, (877) 835-3645
Medication Management
Psychiatric management to treat adult mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD will be handled professionally, respectfully and without judgment.
Cost and Insurance
We accept most insurance carriers, but our goal is to make healthcare affordable and not a barrier to care.
